Cookies
I was left with lemon cream. And the youngest just asked for a cookie. The recipe is very easy to prepare, the cookies turns out flaky and not too sweet! Very light and crispy!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    280 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

So let's get started. Mix the sugar with the cream, mix well.

Now mix the flour with the cream, knead the dough. Flour may need more or less. The dough should be tight and should not stick to hands.

Roll out the dough 5 mm thick and cut using cookie cutter shapes. Lay out cookies on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper (my Mat). Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180*. After time to cool.
