Juicy toppings under cheese crust, with the scent of onions and olive oil!

Ingredients

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    0.5 pack

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Margarine

    0.5 pack

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Yeast mixed with warm sweet water and leave.

RUB margarine into sifted flour, add the risen yeast.

Knead the dough, roll it out, put in the form, leaving high sides. Prick with a fork to keep up. Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.

Chop onions, fry in olive oil. Grate the cheese.

Beat eggs with milk, salt and spices. On the cake spread onion, cheese and pour the mixture. Bake for 10-15 minutes. BON APPETIT!!!
