Recipe of biscuit dough, I partially borrowed from the user http://katica.povare nok.ru/, a huge thank you to her for this recipe. We had to adapt the proportions, thus preparing dough is not particularly stop, the more each of us has his principles and secrets of cooking biscuit. Whites and yolks beat separately with two parts sugar, mix and add sifted flour. The result is quite a adequate dough
Then we wash the strawberries and separate the stems
When the berries are ready, mix them with a tablespoon of gelatin and 50g sugar
Many cook cake completely, then cut it lengthwise, to impregnate with a syrup or fluff cream. I decided to do things a little differently: poured out half of the dough and put for 5 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, so it acquired a little texture.
Then took it out, put the berries and poured on top of the second half of the dough back into the oven for the remaining 40 minutes.
In the end it turns out to be sponge cake: tasty, simply and quickly.
