Seafood, almost Chinese
In the fridge there was seafood, a jar of sprouted soy and there you have a dish that is good served with rice!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    400 g

  • Paprika sweet

    1 piece

  • Soy sprouts

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Salt

In olive oil, put the seafood platter, lightly fry, sprinkle with salt, cut bell pepper, sweet pepper, coarsely shredded, onions and put in a pan...fry a couple of minutes, diminish the fire and tormented for the next couple minutes.

In our meats, add canned sprouted soybeans. Fry, sprinkle with coriander and cover with a lid.. and simmer, stirring occasionally 15 minutes.

When meats are almost done, add garlic and served with rice!
