Buttermilk, flour, yeast, eggs, margarine, sugar and salt and knead yeast dough and 1 hour to put up. To make the crumb: leaves margarine with flour, add sugar, egg and flour. This dough does not knead, just mix all ingredients and turning them into crumbs. Take half of the coming up of the dough, roll out the cake thickness 1-1. 5 cm. Stacked in the form, lubricated with jam and sprinkle with crumbs. Allow to infuse for 20 minutes in the oven for 40 minutes.
From the second half of the same dough, I made these kind of buns. The dough is unrolled in a layer of 0.5 cm, greased with sunflower oil, sprinkled with sugar mixed with cinnamon. Rolled up layer of the roll, cut it into pieces, put on a baking tray and leave for 20 minutes. Top lubricated whipped with a small quantity of water, yolk and in the oven, bake 35 minutes.
