Cheese dough and glassware
The dough is unusual! Easy to work with, after baking it airy and suitable for any filling.

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add salt, sugar, Cup sifted flour. A good knead. Add the remaining flour, the softened butter and the grated cheese. Leave to rise for 1 hour.
