Pies with rice, egg and green onions
Tender and tasty cakes.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4.5 cup

  • Figure

  • Green onions

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar and yeast, stir and leave for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl mix the milk, butter and salt, a bit of heat (oil should melt). In milk mixture add the yeast mixture and egg, mix well (better mixer). Gradually add flour, whisking continuously. When it will be hard to stir the batter with a mixer, put it on the table (previously floured) and knead, adding remaining flour until it's elastic dough. Pan grease with vegetable oil and put the dough, covered with cling film or a damp towel. Put in a warm place for an hour.

At this time, prepare the filling. Mix cooked rice, chopped eggs and chopped green onions. Season with salt to taste.

Remove dough, place it on the table, cut into serving pieces. Each piece of mash in the hand, placed in the middle of the 1 tbsp filling, edge to take.

Form a Patty and place on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.

A tray of molded cakes again cover with plastic wrap (towel) and again leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
