Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Chocolate milk

    40 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Rum

    50 ml

  • Liqueur

    20 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

100 g of bitter chocolate grind together with the almonds. Better pre-grate the chocolate on a grater and nuts slightly crushed.

Add to the mixture the powdered sugar, rum and egg white. Mix thoroughly and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

While the dough cools in the refrigerator, you need softened butter RUB with boiled egg yolk. The remaining bittersweet chocolate (50 g) to melt and cool slightly. To combine chocolate with butter and mix thoroughly. Pour the cherry liqueur. Mix and put into the refrigerator. In a separate bowl grate the milk chocolate on medium or fine grater.

Remove from the fridge a chocolate-almond dough and roll into a sausage out of it. If the dough is too sticky, you can grate a little dark chocolate and stir the dough again, and then sculpt. Cut sausage into 20 equal parts. Every part of velvety in the cake. Put into it half a teaspoon of the chocolate-butter filling and wrap. Form a ball and roll it in advance netherton milk chocolate.
