It's very simple. Cut pieces of banana and put into the freezer - in my case overnight. When the banana freeze, take out and grind in a blender until creamy. It is important that pieces of the banana remained. Then add cocoa and zest*, stir, spread and enjoy! *Instead of fresh orange peel, I used dried and soaked. But I'm sure the flavor will be exactly worn out you peel, so it is better to use it.
