Cooking
Duck breast wash, dry, RUB with salt and pepper. Fry the whole pieces on a hot dry pan. First, skin-side down, then flip (under the skin or, one might say, in the skin contains a lot of fat), fry each side for 4 minutes
Meanwhile prepare the apples and orange. Apples peel and cut into slices. Orange peel, divided into slices, to release them from the film and bones.

Pour in the wine and 1-2 minutes to put together. Add the flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg. I love the sweet sauce added a little sugar. Reduce the heat and boil the sauce for 4-5 minutes.
