Duck breast with apples and oranges
It is... um... fragrant delicious :-) the Recipe comes from the magazine "School of Gastronome"

Ingredients

  • Breast of duck

    1 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Duck breast wash, dry, RUB with salt and pepper. Fry the whole pieces on a hot dry pan. First, skin-side down, then flip (under the skin or, one might say, in the skin contains a lot of fat), fry each side for 4 minutes

Meanwhile prepare the apples and orange. Apples peel and cut into slices. Orange peel, divided into slices, to release them from the film and bones.

Fruits to put on the same pan, where roasted duck. First, the apples and on high heat fry them for 3-4 minutes. Then add the oranges. Cook together 1 minute or 2. Pour in the wine and 1-2 minutes to put together. Add the flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg. I love the sweet sauce added a little sugar. Reduce the heat and boil the sauce for 4-5 minutes.

Breast cut into slices (tablet) and add to the sauce. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, possible. Bon appetit!!!
