In short: you bake one cake from the dough, bake whipped protein with sugar, prepare the oily layer one with nuts and the other with berries. Decorate chocolate Fudge with nuts or different. Products type 1: 10 protein, 2 tbsp. sugar. Protein vzbit with sugar until thick. Add sugar gradually.
Massa put in shape, lined with special paper. Paper or grease oil and sprinkle flour, as indicated in the recipe. Bake for 2-2,5 hours at a temperature of 100-110 gr. Celsius. It is important to bake at a low temperature. My oven's minimum temperature is 150 degrees. In this case, it must be turned off for a while. During baking, the protein top crusts. It can be left or break off. This cake is removed from oven before it cools down.
Products 2: 10 egg yolks, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1,5 glasses of sour cream, 0.5 tsp. soda, quenched with vinegar, 3 tbsp cocoa, 1 sachet of vanilla, 2 cups flour.
Dough 2: 10 egg yolks whipped to a froth, add vanilla and sugar and whisk again, then add soda, quenched with vinegar, cocoa and flour. Mix. The form to put special paper (or grease with butter, sprinkle with flour) and pour into it the dough. Bake on low heat for 40 minutes.
Filling 1 view: 150 gr. of butter, 150 gr. powdered sugar, 150 gr. chopped nuts, 3 tbsp milk. Filling 2 kinds of jam, stewed fruit, or 1 Cup cherries or any berries, 100 gr. butter, 50 gr. powdered sugar. Chocolate Fudge: 100g. chocolate, 100 g butter.
