Description

Pumpkin hummus
Dish strictly lean (even with no oil), just for the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Water

    225 ml

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Peas

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Celery leaf

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Peas to sort, wash and soak in cold water for at least 1 hour. Drain the water, fill again with cold water and then boil it.

Cut the pumpkin.

Code peas are half cooked (for me it was 25 minutes, but I soaked for a long time. If you soak only 1 hour, then the "until" is 40 minutes and an hour), add the pumpkin

Slice the garlic. I have it a little wilted due to prolonged storage in low humidity, but when cooked it doesn't matter. Mushrooms can also be cut into smaller, even though they are in the Bank already cut was.

Garlic, dry celery and mushrooms to add, when the peas and pumpkin are ready. Salt. Stir, cover, cook for another minute and turn off. You can wrap the pot and give better to steam, I prefer to cook than over an open fire.

You can grind the finished dish blender. But my husband like it. When serving, dressed with soy sauce.
