C the Balkans I have close family ties... from Bulgaria was brought in a recipe for risotto, which we really liked, and is done with surprising frequency.

Ingredients

A small digression before the recipe: for cooking this dish you need to cook the usual soup I make from the chicken can be cooked duck, but the bird is preferable, with pork not as good as with the other meat. Meat can be replaced with mushrooms, and the mushroom bouillon cube. The mushrooms also tasted in this dish, it's delicious. And one more thing: the quantity of products taken is based on my form (diameter 26 cm, sides 4 cm). A and now the recipe: in vegetable oil briefly fry the UNWASHED rice.

I have had enough of broth, I add water almost to the edge of the form, add salt and black pepper to taste. bake in the oven at 200-250 degrees temperatrue
