Cottage cheese and corn cake
This delicious and healthy cake with a light citrus note. Fans of cornmeal and citrus baking!

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    200 g

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sugar

    190 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    50 g

Cheese (preferably fat, but not nonfat Pustomyty!) RUB through a sieve or grind in a blender.

Add sour cream, softened butter, sugar.

With orange to remove the zest, you will need 1 tbsp. spoon (to taste you can add more). Mix ingredients until smooth.

2 oranges and 1 medium lemon squeeze the juice. I got a 1 (200 g) a glass.

In cottage cheese add one of three eggs, stirring after each time.

Weigh the flour: corn and wheat.

Add to the curd 1/2 Cup mixture of fresh juice, mix well. Pour the prepared flour, baking powder, salt, stir, to avoid lumps.

Here's a smooth and lush texture of the dough.

Fill the form greased with butter, 2/3 of the height. I got 1 form for baking bread (on the bottom made the baking paper) and 1 silicone baby form. Bake at 180 C for 30-40 minutes (be guided in their oven!). Mix 1/2 Cup juice with 40 g of sugar, bring to a boil. Once the cake is ready, prick it with a splinter and pour the prepared syrup in 2 doses. You can use part of the syrup if you don't like the rich taste. Once the syrup is absorbed, spread the pie on a rack to cool.
