Nektariny cake with sherry
I love pies in the cupcake test. The fruit in these pies always remain juicy, and the batter for a long time not stale. In addition, these pies are cooked fast and easy. Recipe from the book Irina fadeaway "Pies and something else."

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sherry

    100 ml

  • Nectarine

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Beat butter with sugar.

One by one enter the eggs, continuing to whisk, pour in the sherry.

Pour the flour mixed with baking powder. Mix well.

Baking dish (I have a 20*20 cm) with butter. Pour the batter, flatten. Nectarines wash, dry, cut in half and remove the seeds. Halves cut into slices.

Slices to put on top of the dough slightly sinking. Put in the preheated oven.

Bake at 180C for about 45 minutes.
