Oatmeal pancakes
I suggest You my dear Cooks to try to cook for Breakfast easy oatmeal pancakes! They can be used with absolutely any filling, because in the test there is not an ounce of sugar!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Milk

    175 ml

  • Mineral water

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Whisk 2 eggs.

Add to eggs and flour and mix well.

Add to the eggs with the flour, the milk and again mix thoroughly.

Added the resulting mixture of oatmeal and again mix well.

And finally add mineral water. I added soda! All mix and leave for 10 minutes!

Pour pancakes on a heated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. I just smeared the pan with oil.

They can be served with jam, honey, condensed milk, fruits, but given that pancakes is not a gram of sugar, they can be used with any other stuffing
