Very tasty rabbit! My family liked it more than the cream!

Preparatory phase: the Rabbit cut into serving pieces. Cover with water, add a little vinegar and leave to vymachivanija (minimum 1 hour.)
In a saucepan/cauldron pour the oil and lightly fry the rabbit.
Scatter the sliced onion. The amount of onions and form cutting as desired. Fry for 10-15 minutes.
Pour beer. Cover and simmer until tender (soft) rabbit. I have at this point, the rabbit was braised for 1 hour.
The meat turns out very soft, tender and flavorful.
