Ingredients

  • Salt

    0.5 kg

  • Fish

    2 kg

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

The fish is cleaned, sprinkle with lemon juice, RUB with spices (the black pepper). DO NOT ADD SALT!

Pour on a baking sheet, salt on the diagonal so that all fish could fit, and put it on abdomen

Coat with mayonnaise and in the preheated oven until tender for 30-40 minutes
