Chicken in Chinese
Chicken and fruit are a delicious combination, but in this dish and even nuts. Treat your household or guests, I think they will like. The taste :-)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Mandarin

    10 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

Chicken breast without skin and chicken liver cut into small pieces,season with salt and pepper,stir and put into the refrigerator for a few hours.Add salt carefully because soya sauce that you will add later is salty.

Then mix eggs with starch,to combine with chicken.Much preheat the pan with vegetable oil, throw the meat in small portions, fry until the meat turn white,and fold it into the bowl in which it will extinguish.

Fry a little walnuts,add them to the meat, simmer a few minutes.Before it is done add slices of tangerines,oranges or peaches compote

boil,pour soy sauce and a little boil.Garnish submit boiled rice. Bon appetit!
