Cottage cheese pancakes with dill
Loved the pancakes -soft, not sweet, with a creamy taste and aroma of dill. I love all pastries with cream cheese - these muffins are no exception. Try?

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Dill

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cheese, yogurt, eggs mix. Sugar, flour, yeast and salt to mix.

To combine the cheese and flour mixture, add the dill, pepper, stir cover and put in warm place for 45 minutes. The dough should be thick like sour cream - if it is liquid, add flour.
