Cooking
In warm water add salt, sugar and yeast. Mix well. Pour milk, hemp flour and sesame seeds. Mix well.
Pour the flour and knead the dough. It sticks to hands and seem watery, but the flour is not added. Pour in oil and continue to knead the dough until it will not absorb oil. The dough is still slightly sticky. Leave the dough in a warm place until it increases in volume by 2 times.
When the dough has risen, punch down and wet it, soaked in cold water with your hands, spread the dough into the pan previously greased with vegetable oil. Leave the dough for proofing for 30 minutes. Send the bread in a preheated 190 degree oven, bake until tender. Readiness check wooden skewer. Leave the bread to cool, and serve with cold milk.
