Fillet cut into strips ..thick as a finger. add salt ,spices to sprinkle. Egg + salt and whisk. add the flour - stir until smooth. pour the batter fillets and evenly mixed
With a fork, spread in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, fry on both sides until Golden brown
spread in a plate and Bon appetit!!!
