Similar recipe here, but it's a little bit different. Taken from the magazine "Culinary tricks" for 2006.
Ingredients

Minced meat

Chicken egg

Cheese
-
Sweet pepper

Ketchup
Cooking
Minced season with salt and put it in the shape of a donut on a greased with vegetable oil pan.
Break the egg into the middle of the stuffing. Put in the oven, so the egg has seized, if it is a bit drained, do not worry, remove the spilled egg from the pan.
When the egg has hardened, sprinkle with cheese.
The sun is ready, garnish with ketchup, or slices of sweet pepper.
