Chicken rubbed with salt, pepper and nutmeg, leave for 3 hours. I have spent the night in the cold. Vegetables remove from the freezer, pour in a bag for baking, put a bag of vegetables in shape and put on top of chicken, a lime to put in the middle of the chicken. Tie, put in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 200g. 15 minutes before ready to pull, untie the bag and give brown. If you want to flip it, to brown and bottom of chicken. Ready put the chicken on a platter and spread around the vegetables, garnish potatoes, rice. Bon appetit!
