Rabbit stew
From the MAN IN the KITCHEN!!!!

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

Rabbit in the evening marinated in onion and wine (like barbecue).

The cauldron pour oil, fold a rabbit, to verify the onion.

Carrots cut into big slices and put on top. Sprinkle dry garlic, pepper-peas and cover with lid.

After 20 minutes, stir and add 2 cups of water. Let simmer for about 1 hour. Boil the noodles, lay on top of rabbit stew and serve.
