Cooking
Make the dough on a favorite recipe. Divide it into 12 parts, each portion to form a ball, lay them on the floured surface, cover with a towel, leave for 10-15 minutes.
The spinach and green onions chop, fry in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes, stirring, add soy sauce, season with pepper, simmer for another 3 minutes.
Peas blanch in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes.
Ham and cheese grate on a coarse grater.

The balls of dough roll into tortillas, put in the center of each 1 tablespoon of the filling.
To form the patties, lay them on a floured baking tray, brush with beaten egg.
Preheat the oven to 210 gr., bake for 13-15 minutes.
