Simple fried fish in breadcrumbs. Fast, easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Bread crumbs

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

To break the egg in a small bowl stir well with a fork, season with salt and pepper.

Fish cut into portions.

Dip each piece of fish in a bowl with the egg.

Then roll each piece of fish in a bowl with the breadcrumbs.

On a heated with oil the pan put the fish and fry both sides until cooked about 5 minutes on each side.
