Cooking
For pancake dough: mix all ingredients to obtain a batter without lumps. The dishes with the dough, cover and leave for 30 minutes.
While the pancake batter is "resting", prepare the filling: in a small saucepan, melt the butter. Green onions finely chop.
In hot butter, put green onion and a pinch of Basil. Simmer on low heat 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the wine, the fire, add a little and evaporate the wine.
