Strawberry pancake cake
Thin pancakes, sweet cream, flavored berries is incredibly easy to prepare dessert that can be prepared on any occasion to please your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    2 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

    150 g

  • Condensed milk

    400 g

  • Peanuts

    0.5 cup

  • Strawberry

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Condensed milk

    100 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

1. Prepare the dough for pancakes. In a large bowl break 2 chicken eggs and whisk with a pinch of salt until fluffy. Add to the eggs milk, cream, butter, sugar and soda, slaked with sour cream. Mix ingredients until smooth and begin to introduce parts of sifted wheat flour, mixing the batter without lumps.

2. Cook the pancakes. Bake pancakes on a well heated pan (f 12-14 cm). I came up with 20 thin pancakes.

3. Prepare the cream. While pancakes are cooling, mix the condensed milk with the soft cheese. Nuts fry and grind.

4. Generated cake. Take a flat dish, put on it a pancake grease cream and sprinkle with ground nuts.

5. Then put another pancake and repeat all until the penultimate pancake. Top the pancake grease cream. The remnants of the cream lubricates the sides of the cake.

6. For the glaze pour the gelatin with water (1:6).

7. Grind the strawberries through a sieve (we need 120 ml) and mix with sugar. Put the bowl on the quiet fire, bring mixture just to a boil.

8. Put into a deep bowl slices of chocolate and condensed milk.

9. Add hot strawberry syrup,

10. The heated gelatin mix and beat the mixture blender. The mixture should be shiny, no bubbles. Allow the glaze to cool slightly.

11. Put the dish with the cake on the grill or on a large platter and pour glaze first edge and then the top. Puts the cake in the refrigerator until fully cured. Hardens quickly, 30-40 minutes.

12. Take out the cake from the refrigerator, remove excess glaze. Decorate the cake according to your taste. I decorated the baked shaped pancakes in the shape of a flower.

13. And covered them with yellow chocolate (sea-buckthorn juice+white chocolate).

14. I also decorated the top of cake with strawberries, mint leaves and sprinkled with coconut. P. S. For this pancake cake only need 1/2 of the frosting, the rest of the frosting can be a little warm and pour into small silicone molds, place in refrigerator until fully cured.
