From zucchini to cut "ass". Rinse well and put a little to dry off.
Cut into slices and add to the pot.
Season with salt and pepper, mix and allow to stand for a bit to release the juice.
In a frying pan with high edges pour a little sunflower oil.
Place the courgettes and begin to fry over medium heat.
In the meantime, to take a bundle of green onions.
Take a few cloves of garlic.
Then take the mushrooms. I was frozen, but you can use fresh.
Add the mushrooms to the zucchini.
If the taste of salt is not enough, you can take the mushroom dice.
Crumble it into the zucchini.
Since I had frozen mushrooms, they gave a lot of water. Need a little polyarylate from the pan, increase the fire, stirring from time to time.
Prepare half a Cup of dry white wine. Do not have to take some kind of super expensive. Enough regular "shovels" Chardonnay. The main thing that was dry and not sweet.
