Spicy zucchini with mushrooms and white wine
Improvisation on the theme of steamed zucchini. Just simmer them was not interesting. Decided to make them with a twist. The taste turned out excellent. And why I've never done that before? All the advice!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Dry white wine

From zucchini to cut "ass". Rinse well and put a little to dry off.

Since I had frozen mushrooms, they gave a lot of water. Need a little polyarylate from the pan, increase the fire, stirring from time to time.

Prepare half a Cup of dry white wine. Do not have to take some kind of super expensive. Enough regular "shovels" Chardonnay. The main thing that was dry and not sweet.
