Chashushuli from the liver
Very simple and tasty dish. Spectacular and delicious. And very quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Sauce

    200 ml

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

Liver cleanse and cut into cubes. Marinate it with roughly chopped onions, wine and lemon juice. Add the optional in marinade of dried herbs: Basil, tarragon, thyme. Marinate about 1 hour. (I really stood for about a day)

Put liver and onions in a large frying pan and quickly fry until evaporation of liquid

Add the tomato paste and sauce Satsebeli and stew for 5-10 minutes. If necessary, add a little water.

Add all the chopped greens and immediately turn off the heat. Mix the liver with herbs and allow to stand, covered for 5 minutes.
