Very simple to cook and very delicious dessert of pancakes. If you prepare the dough in the evening, you can prepare a delicious Breakfast in 5 minutes. With toppings you can dream up and choose your favorite fruits and berries. Classic pancakes we used to cook thin, but these pancakes are plump and lush.

Cooking
Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, mix until smooth the eggs, milk and vegetable oil.
Gradually add our mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir with a whisk, breaking up all lumps. The consistency of the batter should resemble very thick cream.
Heat the pan, lubricated with oil and bake the pancakes, flip the pancake when it bubbles will disappear. Grease the pan with oil every time when baking a new pancake.
For our cake we'll need four pancakes. Start to form. The first pancake grease with yogurt, spread on the edges of the BlackBerry and in the middle of the pineapple slices.
Cover with a second pancake with cherry jam and put back a little of pineapple.
Top the pancake with the yoghurt and spread the halved strawberries.
Put the last pancake, sprinkle with chopped almonds, powdered sugar and chocolate chips.
