Pancakes with stuffing of cheese
Beautiful, perforated pancakes on the whey, no eggs, and delicate, spicy creamy branzov filling from the Polish restaurateur Magdalena Gessler... I Never thought that so good combination! Yum!

Ingredients

  • Serum

    650 ml

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.8 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

Cooking

The serum is slightly warm (about 40 degrees), and in small portions and stir into it the sifted flour.

Add salt, sugar and soda. Leave the dough for 5 minutes.

Pour vegetable oil and stir thoroughly. The batter should pour. On a heated pan on medium heat pour the batter...

... and fry both sides until cooked.

With a fork mash cheese with sour cream.

Grate or grind in a blender the celery (juice not pour!).

To creamy branzov mixture, add celery, salt, pepper, garlic powder and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly.

On pancakes put the stuffing and roll triangle. Optionally, pan-fried in small amount of oil. The sauce can be a little leak, but that's okay.

This stuffing can be used with different pancakes. But these perforated pancakes like me, it is just that they are impregnated with a filling and become incredibly delicious.
