Bean soup with chicken
I again to You with the soup. It turns out tasty, but I cook it so often, because beans for children heavy food. Although they eat this soup with pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Bay leaf

  • Potatoes

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Beans cover with water and remove overnight in the refrigerator. By morning the beans will swell.

Prepared beans should be washed, fill it with 200ml of water and boil until tender. I have cooked for an hour until cooked soup.

In water (2.8 l) place the washed chicken legs, onion (1 piece), cut into pieces carrots, Bay leaf, cloves and bring to a boil, periodically removing the foam. Then on a small fire to boil the broth for an hour (just skimming).

After hours with broth to get all the ingredients. In the broth add the chopped potatoes, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Bay leaf, cloves and boiled onions to throw away. Carrots to grate on a coarse grater. Meat from the leg I separated from the bones, cut finely and return to the broth.

With beans drain, rinse and add to the broth.

Remaining onion (1 PCs) finely chop and fry in small amount of vegetable oil, then add carrots and precarity another 2 minutes.
