Very tasty and incredibly flavorful pancakes - treat yourself!

Cooking
Cook the pancakes on your favorite recipe. In the dough I add vegetable oil TM "generous gift".
Sour cream mixed with cream cheese and powdered sugar. I whip it with a mixer.
Orange thoroughly wash and remove the zest. The white part does not touch - it is bitter.
Add the zest to the curd mass.
The orange pulp into small cubes and together with the juice to add to the stuffing. As the cheese we got dry, the orange juice will not be superfluous. Mix well.
Put the cheese-orange filling in the middle of the pancake.
Roll the pancake
in a dense loaf.
