Another recipe from my piggy Bank I came up with myself, and stuffing the meatball I threw goloda net (Anna) with her recipe for Chicken rolls for the holiday table. Cooking
Prepare all the needed ingredients.
As I took a chicken breast, so I clean the fillet from the skin and bones and cut the fillets into small pieces.
Using a kitchen processor, I make fillet, minced chicken for a couple of minutes. If you don't have an assistant you can use the old way with a grinder or buy ready minced meat. Personally, I have not bought ground beef since I do not know what to put.
When the beef is ready, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir it carefully. Off to the side stuffing.
Next make the filling for meatball. In a small bowl on a fine grater RUB cheese.
To the cheese add the garlic squeezed through a press, finely chopped herbs and mix all with the mayonnaise, but not to a liquid state.
Now pour on a flat plate of bread crumbs and in another bowl, whisk the egg.
Start making pancakes. Take a small piece of meat in her palm, and straighten it. Tip!!! Be sure before you pick up the stuffing, moisten hands in cold water, otherwise the meat will stick to hands and to mold it will be very difficult. And in any case do not put on the Board.
Next on the middle of forcemeat spread 1 teaspoon of our toppings.
On top of the filling, put some more of our meat, after beginning to sculpt both sides to keep the stuffing from coming out during frying, roll the cake in the form of patties. In General form, sculpt what you like.
Next, prepare zrazy we dip into the egg from all sides.
