Cooking

step-0
In this dish I used a packaged rice "Kuban" from the Mistral, very convenient to cook in advance the packet ( I did it in the evening), and this variety, in my opinion, very suitable for such a sweet casseroles.
step-1
Today I prepared this casserole for dinner) Rice pour in bowl, mash tuna with a fork and add to rice, mix well
step-2
Tomatoes cut in halves, onions cut into rings, cheese to grate
step-3
For filling in a bowl, mix sour cream, eggs, half of cheese, salt-pepper and all mix well and add
step-4
Form for baking grease with oil, put the rice-fish mixture, then tomatoes and onions
step-5
Pour the filling and sprinkle with remaining cheese and put in the oven at 180-200C for 20-25 minutes and bake until Golden brown ( I baked at 200C for exactly 20 minutes)
step-6
Here's a rosy beauty, the)
step-7
Serve the casserole hot. This is a very tasty and hearty dish, and his cooking takes very little time ( it took no more than 30 minutes), which is important at the time of the start of the summer season and garden chores)
step-8
I have in my garden-the garden is now in bloom just a pear, which has more than 30 years!
step-9
And a young cherry tree which grew by padonkas)
step-10
And now I ask all to our table) Bon appetit!
