Description
I represent to your attention a simple and delicious pie with the gooseberries. The cake is very delicate, moderately sweet with a slight acidity.

Cooking
All the sugar to transform into sugar, I used the grinder. Start cooking the dough. To do this, pour the flour slide, add 80 g of powdered sugar, cold butter chopped into pieces. Grind into crumbs with your hands. Make a well and add the yolk.
Begin to knead the dough, adding a little water. The dough should be smooth, not stick to hands. Form a ball, wrap it in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Gooseberries to sort, remove tails and rinse with water.
Roll the dough and put in a detachable form, to form ledges. On top lay the baking paper with peas or beans so that the dough is not swollen. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove the parchment paper with peas and bake for another 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl make the dressing. Whisk whipping cream with eggs, yolk and sugar. Add the vanilla sugar and the flour and again whisk to avoid lumps.
In the finished cake put the gooseberries and pour over the filling. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes. The filling should start to thicken.
While baking a cake you need to cook the meringue. To do this, the egg whites need to be whipped with a mixer with powdered sugar until stable peak.
Pie remove from oven, put the cooked meringue, to make beautiful waves and put in the oven for another 7-10 minutes. Meringue has nicely browned. Cut into portions only in cold form. Enjoy your tea!
