Cheese cakes with cornmeal and cherry
Bright as the sun, tasty, like my mother) This method of cooking the cherries with a minimum of heat treatment (a few minutes) allows to preserve all vitamins. Well, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cherry

    3 handful

  • Brown sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix cottage cheese, egg and yolk. Add sugar, stir well.

Pour the sifted flour (both types), baking powder.

With wet hands shape the cheese cakes.

Cherry wash, remove pits.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a couple tablespoons of water. Put on a small fire.

To take some of the released juice, mix with starch and return to pan. Hold for a few more minutes on heat until thick.

Cheesecakes fry in butter until Golden on both sides. Lay out on a paper towel.
