Pork with creamy pesto
Roast pork in a fragrant creamy sauce. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Pesto

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Pork cut into portions and repel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

White and light green part of stalk of leek cut into slices and pour with cold water. So we will be able to wash it from dirt, which sometimes accumulates between the layers.

Leek throws in a sieve, slightly dry and finely chop.

Pork roast for 7-8 minutes on each side over medium heat in vegetable oil until it will turn brown. Ready pork keep warm on the stove.

In a pan melt a piece of butter, spread the leeks and simmer it, stirring, on low heat for 5 minutes.

Pour into pan with leek cream, bring mixture to a boil

Add the pesto sauce. I make homemade pesto, but store-bought.

Quickly stir the sauce until smooth, straighten taste for salt and remove from heat. Put in a bowl.

Spread the meat on a plate, add the sauce. Oh, the smell of Basil! Happy to eat!
