Chicken Kiev
These cutlets "Kiev". There are many options with mince and finely chopped chicken. But this recipe is a classic. Difficult, laborious, but very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Crackers

  • Flour

  • Dill

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

  • Chicken breast

  • Vegetable oil

To soft butter add finely chopped greens and garlic (optional). Formed small lumps and put into the freezer. Beats the fillet. Salt, pepper. Get the frozen butter and do so: put it in the middle of the fillet, and the top cover a little piece of fillet, so that the oil does not leak when frying.
