These cutlets "Kiev". There are many options with mince and finely chopped chicken. But this recipe is a classic. Difficult, laborious, but very tasty.

Cooking
To soft butter add finely chopped greens and garlic (optional). Formed small lumps and put into the freezer. Beats the fillet. Salt, pepper. Get the frozen butter and do so: put it in the middle of the fillet, and the top cover a little piece of fillet, so that the oil does not leak when frying.
Turn the fillets very carefully so there are holes.
Dip in egg, then in flour and breadcrumbs. Then again in egg and breadcrumbs. Get a double breading, so that the oil does not leak.
Pour into a pot or cookware with non-stick bottom of the sunflower oil and fry from both sides for five minutes until Golden brown. Then put into the oven for 15 minutes.
