Fried shrimps with black pepper
Yesterday was Chinese new year, and today I have got the legs to store craft beer. On this occasion, I translated another recipe from shrimp with Chinese culinary portal.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    21 piece

  • Dry white wine

    5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    5 g

  • Black pepper

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Shrimp defrosted, pour the wine and soy sauce

Add the finely sliced ginger and pepper

Stir and leave to marinate for 20 minutes

Baking tray lay with foil and spread shrimp

Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees. Pour the sauce, which marinated shrimp

Bake for another 10 minutes. Served hot with beer.
