Easter is one of the major Christian holidays and one of the main dishes and decoration for the Easter table is the cake. There are many recipes for Easter cakes. Offer key lime cake, which has an exquisite taste. In culicinae the dough, I added the spinach, due to which the cake is unusual green.

Cooking
Spinach cook in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain in a colander, squeeze out all the liquid.
In a blender combine one egg and spinach.
Grind until a homogeneous mass.
With half of the lime to remove the zest using a fine grater.
In the pan combine spinach mixture, the yeast, one egg, sugar, salt, vanilla, softened butter, zest and juice of half a lime (about 30 ml). Mix well.
Knead the dough. It turns out quite dense, but not tough.
Put the dough in a warm place (I put in slightly warm oven) for 1 hour.
Then put the dough in molds and leave for 40 minutes in a warm place. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave for another 10 minutes. For large forms may require more time.

The top grind into fine crumbs using a blender.
To prepare the frosting. For this egg white mixed with icing sugar, beat with a mixer, add the lemon juice and again beat with a mixer at high speed. Pour glaze mud pies, sprinkle the top with crumb top and leave to dry the glaze.
