Girls boys, step right up!!! I want to present you a very original and unusual way of roasting chicken. The dish is prepared quickly and easily, but it seems that the chicken is pre-marinated. In fact, the chicken is baked in just 35 minutes and is marinating in the baking process. This is a recipe I peeked in the "Culinary Academy of Alexey Sukhanov" on TRK Ukraina. The recipe was submitted by one of the best cooks of Ukraine of Georgian origin Zaza Kakashvili. My family is a chicken appreciated, offer to evaluate it to you!

As ZAZ said, it was one of the favorite recipes of Alexandre Dumas. However, the original recipe used the juice of green grapes. But green grapes are not always realistic, so Zaza, connecting their knowledge, replaced it with sour-sweet tangerines and pomegranate seeds. I don't know how this substitution brought this dish to the original, but it came out incredibly tasty.
For this dish you can take whole chicken and parts. I took the legs and divided them into thighs and drumsticks. Whole chicken should be divided into portions. If You neotrogena Kura, the giblets (liver, heart, stomach) also bake.
So, cut the chicken into serving pieces. Excess fat is cut, but the skin is left behind. In the legs we clean the bone, pre-cutting the top joint.
Tendon removed. I did it with the help of well-washed of pliers. I advise you to do. So the tibia will be tender. This is the only process in this recipe, which need to Tinker. In the photo there is only one tendon. I took this photo, so You can see what was going on.
Put chicken in a baking pan skin side up. Here it is in order to the leg, "to put" in the form of skin up, not to believe, and needed this treatment, which I described above. And hold the chicken over the denuded bone is much nicer than the tendon. DO NOT ADD SALT!!! It is important!
Chicken sprinkle black and red pepper. I have sometimes sprinkled with dry cheese. This, of course, takes the recipe from French cuisine to Caucasian, but it turns out very tasty. In the ingredients I dry adjika is not indicated, because I present to You the original version. Put a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and thyme. Put the chicken in the oven at a maximum temperature of 220-230 degrees for 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. Tangerine peel.
Squeeze half of the Mandarin juice.
The juice is poured, the segments are not discarded, they are still useful to us. Garlic finely chop, and then push the knife.
Add to the juice 1 tablespoon of salt and the garlic.
This time will be 7 minutes. Liberally grease the chicken with marinade and juice that will stand out. Again put into the oven for 7 minutes. Repeat that three times.
While the chicken baked, peel pomegranate.
After the third 7-minute cycle with the marinade again smear the chicken, put the tangerines, pomegranates, and blackberries (photo pomegranate and BlackBerry did not work). And again sent in the oven for 7 minutes.
The chicken is ready! To be honest, when I did the first time, I didn't believe that for such a relatively short time it is well browned. But it came out incredibly tasty and tender. Try it, You'll definitely like it!
