Skewers of mushrooms
Summer time fun picnic. But what is the outdoor rest without fragrant and succulent shish kebab! Traditionally this dish is made from meat, but in modern cooking popular vegetable and mushroom options. Mushrooms — a perfect ingredient for him. These mushrooms unlike the meat quickly marinated and prepared. Kebab is delicious. If you're a fan of these fragrant mushrooms, then by all means treat your loved ones delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

To prepare the shish kebab from mushrooms I took mushrooms. Mushrooms are well washed, clean and dry.

Cut onion into wide rings (I took one bulb is red, the other white, but that's not important). Now prepare the marinade: take the sour cream and mayonnaise, add seasoning, soy sauce, olive oil, parsley and dill, salt and ground black pepper to taste, for seasoning vegetables and mushrooms "Forester", sliced onions.

Fill with marinated mushrooms and mix well. A skewer of mushrooms should marinate about 1 hour.

Bulgarian pepper cut into wide slices.

Then the mushrooms together with onions and bell peppers strung on wooden skewers (previously soaked in water). Lay the skewers on a baking tray-grill "Forester" and fry on hot coals about 15-20 minutes.

Serve skewers hot with fresh vegetables and greens.
