Mackerel grilled with smoke
In the summer there is no better vacation than camping. The fresh air and smell of campfire are the essential attributes of a picnic. We most often cook at picnics? Of course, the meat skewers. In addition to the traditional skewers of meat are advised to cook mackerel grilled with the smell of fragrant smoke.

Ingredients

Prepare the marinade. To do this, squeeze the juice from lemon and orange. I have 40 ml lemon juice 50 ml orange.
