Cheese Cakes
Prepared without oil and baking soda. It's very simple that does not affect the taste. Amazing, with a creamy touch and curd in the cooking process does not melt, and remains intact.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

The curd is poured into a Cup

Mix well (the cheese is not grind!)

All knead well. You should get a thick mass.

Baking tray lay a parchment, grease with butter

To spread weight at the rate of 1 tbsp. with top = 1 cheesecake.

Each cheesecake spread 1 tsp sour cream

Distribute sour cream over entire surface of cheesecake

Sprinkle brown sugar (about 1H. L. 1 cheesecake, if you need sweeter, feel free to put 2 tsp of sugar)

Bake in the oven 30 minutes at 190 degrees. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Bon appetit!
