Dear cooks, I want to share a very simple and very delicious recipe made from button mushrooms. He has always enjoyed demand among all lovers of mushrooms, and actually not only them. The recipe has been with me for many, many years, a long time ago I tried a dish on it with a friend and fell in love with him from the first test. The mushrooms for this recipe are on each of our festive meal, and during the week we often and with great pleasure they enjoy. In any incarnation, be it hot, cold appetizer or main dish, mushrooms this recipe is perfect, always able to glory and very quickly eaten up. It would seem that the mushrooms in sour cream - a classic, but I haven't had a guest who tasted this dish, and not ask a prescription.

It's very simple, so step-by-step pictures a little. To prepare the products. Mushrooms can take any (fresh, canned (not marinated but not salty) or fresh frozen). I prefer fresh or canned, but this is not important. I have this time with fresh mushrooms.
Mushrooms. Fresh - cut, boil in unsalted water (to cook literally 5 - 10 minutes after boiling), drain the water. Canned - drain, slice if necessary. Frozen - blanch in boiling unsalted water (5-10 minutes), drain the water. Dill finely (very finely) chop. Dill in the dish a lot, for this reason, the smaller it is chopped, the tastier and more tender to get a dish. You must use fresh dill and not to reduce its amount, even if you feel that its too much - this is important, believe it should be.
On a dry pan (it is better to take with a thick bottom and with tight-fitting lid) without oil on a medium heat fry the mushrooms should be evaporated from them the excess liquid, but without fanaticism. After adding oil and on medium heat lightly fry mushrooms for 5-10 minutes.
Add sour cream and dill, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir, reduce the heat to very low, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the mushrooms on low heat for 40 minutes. Everything is ready. Enjoy the delicate taste of mushrooms. Bon appetit!
