Casserole of Turkey with mushrooms
Plucked up courage and tried to cook something new from ground Turkey and mushrooms. The experiment was a success! My guests and family loved the meatloaf dinner of simple and affordable products.

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

    700 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

Mushrooms crumbled 1 onion very finely chop, carrots to RUB on a large grater.

Sauté the mushrooms with 2 tablespoons oil.

On a separate pan fry onions, then add carrots, saute for 3 minutes.

To prepare the stuffing, I have purchased a good company, but better still scroll by. Onions cut into small cubes, add to beef, add 2 eggs and spices ( I coriander powder, curry, black pepper, salt). Knead.
