The village pitaka with spinach and anise
Traditional pastries of the Greek region of Mana-the southernmost point of all Europe.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    1 kg

  • Anis

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Olive oil

    60 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Water

    300 ml

Cooking

Heat the oil in a pan for 3-5 min fry chopped onion and garlic.
